Shift’s main priority is to function as a resource to its partners on an on-going basis; our team is always happy to recommend networking, research, or training resources to our partners and we are always available to answer any questions about our program and program area.

Training and events

Among other ad hoc events, Shift hosts annual training events in partnership with the Canadian Practitioner’s Network for the Prevention of Radicalization and Extremist Violence (CPN-PREV). Shift will also provide regular training sessions to organizations participating in Shift Hubs on topics including, but not limited to, the hub model, privacy protection and information sharing, area-specific service delivery, and countering radicalization to violence more generally.
